On the neck of the guitar there are five buttons. They are green, blue, yellow, red and orange. These are the buttons you press to match the colored circles on the screen. On the body of the guitar there is a white button that you can push up and down. Whenever you press one of the colored buttons that needs to be pressed down as well for the Wii to catch it.
